Namaskar

Namaste (pronounced namastey) is the word used in most parts of India to greet each other. We join the two hands at the level of the heart or the face and namaste literally means that “the God who is in me recognizes the God who is in you”. So it’s more than just a hello. For even more respect, we add the suffix “ji” and if we address someone very important, we use the word Namaskar.
On this page, you will find Indian anecdotes, articles on customs such as Holi, the festival of colors and especially information concerning the know-how in relation to the products for sale on the site.
If you have specific questions, never hesitate to contact me and if I can provide you with an answer, whether on a product or on India, I will do so with great pleasure.
